Walker Singleton celebrate 15 years of association with Tesco Stores Limited this year. 

Acting on site acquisition and planning support surveyors, the collaboration has resulted in the successful development of eight Tesco Superstores at Batley, Bradford (Great Horton), Bradford (Canal Road), Brighouse, Driffield, Halifax, Hemsworth and Sowerby Bridge.  A further six proposed store developments at Bingley, Cleckheaton, Holmfirth, Huddersfield, Ilkley and Leeds (Middleton) are currently in the town planning process. 

The Huddersfield store is planned to be an “eco store” and will form part of a £120m regeneration strategy for the Southgate area of the town.
